WANNA LOOSE WEIGHT BUT HAVE NO MOTIVATION TO?? wanna hear MY story?

weell my brother, he was really fit and leann and small with a nice 6 pack and eevrythign and his girlfriend is soooo pretty and petite and she got such a nice waist  and bodyyy.. that make the boys “hollar”


he(my brother) would always called me fatt and uglyy he once told me

“im u r brother and i gotta b honest with u linh… ure FAT!!! and ugly. go loose some weight… seriously.. have u ever seen a cute guy date a fat girll except in moovie?? NO!! cus u knnow why?? cus theyre FATTT…and UGLY!!!!!!! no cute or hot guys would like a fat girl… im ur brother and i dont want my sister to go through that. i want u to have more confident in urself, to walk with ur head held up high, not looking down cus ure FAT!!!………. now go loose some weight and make me proud!”


my brother. i love my brother (: .. not like most sister. i would do anything for him. i think i got a brother complex. butt yeahh he helps me with thatt.


anndd my ex boyfriend!!!
he was a cute slimm skinnyy sportyy guy… i stalk him and we talk… he likes me for my personality. not for my looks becus i was fat…. im double his sizee back thenn. he also once told me

“ure so fat i couldnt even fit my arms around u whenn i was hugging u.”


he would always called me by these weird nickname like “fatty Mc fat fat! chubbyy girl etc, go loose some weight. fatty! con heoo! fat fat!”


annd he would always talks about his ex girlfriend which is this really cute and skinnyy girrlll shes soo prettty TT^TT its made my self esteeemm gooo downnn soooooooo muchhhhh because im.. quadruple her size back then. or trible. … soo one day he went to this camp where theres all these hot girlls and he came back and i log into his acc and saw his convo with his bestfriend he said

him:“maannn those girls at camp are soo hawttt and GORGEOUS …butt why do i attract onlyy little uglyyy fattyy girl like linh”


his friend: so you’re not into her anymore

him: i dont know man… after coming from that camp???? with all the hot chicks? i dont know anymore


after reading that. i burst into tears. i crrriiieed and crriieedd and criieedd… then i decided.


IM NOT GONNA SIT HERE IN MY ROOM WASTING MY LIFE AWAY AND CRRIIEED LIEK A LITTLE PUSSYY WHILE I CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!! IMMA DO SOMEOTHIN ABUT IT O_O!!!!! SOOO I WORKK REALLY HARD TO GETT TO TO WHERE I AM RIGHT NOW O_O

theyre really proud of me now. :D


but even if my ex did say those mean stuffs. in the end hes always theres for me and support mee to loose the wieght. he even  like me even when i was fat and nobody would given me a second glance. but he did. he like me for MY personality.  :D

BEFORE: this is me and my brother…i was double his size in 7th grade and 8th i use to weight 135+ pds.

in the end i have more confident. im able to lift my head up high and walk without feeling ashame.

AFTER PICTURES: this is me now.16 years old 11th grader.  i weight 100pds

sure i admit i still got some meat here and there but HEY! that mean I STILL GOTTA KEEP GOING (: !!!!!! tone up ♥

How long does it takes for me to get where i am now?  2 years! 

What did i do to get where i am right now?  

SIMPLE!DRINK LOTS OF WATER!! wheneevr ure craving for some junk food, drink water!! wheneevr ure about to eat a meal? DRINK a glass of water (: itll make u fuller so u could eat lesser,rememebr always EAT in moderation DONT eat till ur full, eat many small meals a day but i watch what u eat, limit ur calories intake, CUT OUT ALL SWEET and JUNK FOOD, eat more FIBERS like banana fruits and veggie. last but not least the most important one.. EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE!!!TO RAISE YOUR METABOLISM! for faster food digestion!!! join sport!!! like cross country, tennis, anything that will get your heart beat PUMPIN for a long period of time.
